- Gather all your ingredients and a mixing bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to avoid lumps.
- Pour in the milk and stir continuously over medium heat until the mixture comes to a gentle boil. Let it boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Quickly stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the oats until they are fully coated in the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
- Allow the cookies to cool for about 30 minutes at room temperature or until set.
- Once set, enjoy your no-bake cookies straight away or after a meal.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months separated by parchment paper.
