- In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until no streaks remain.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes or a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Serving
- Top each serving with crunchy peanuts before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
