Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter Can substitute with almond or sunflower seed butter for a nut-free option.
  • 1/2 cup honey Can substitute with agave syrup for a vegan option.
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder Vanilla or unflavored works best.
  • 1/4 cup jelly Any flavor of your choice.
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Optional for added sweetness.

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey until well-blended and creamy.
  3. Gradually mix in oats and protein powder until everything is nicely coated.
  4. Slowly add your favorite jelly to create delightful swirls of flavor.
  5. If desired, add mini chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
  6. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 15–30 minutes until firm.
  8. Once set, enjoy your protein balls or store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

For a nut-free option, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. Ensure your peanut butter is not too runny to help the mixture hold together properly. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
