Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, milk, and vegetable oil. Blend until smooth.
- Gently swirl in the peanut butter, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Fold in half of the chocolate chips and crushed peanut butter cups.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and pour the mixture in, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and crushed peanut butter cups on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Once baked, let the cake cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for about a week. Freeze tightly wrapped for up to two months.
