- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Use your thumb to make an indentation in the center of each ball of dough.
- Add a few chocolate chips into each indentation.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Be cautious not to overbake.
