  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk Any kind you prefer.
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter Creamy or chunky.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup For sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt; mix until just combined.
  5. Evenly divide the mixture among the muffin cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let the oatmeal cups cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  8. Serve warm.

These oatmeal cups store well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or enjoy cold. Consider adding toppings like honey, fresh berries, or yogurt for extra flavor.
