- Wash the peaches thoroughly, cut in half, remove the pits, and slice into wedges.
- In a large glass or mixing bowl, add the peach slices and gently mash them to release their natural juices.
- Add the lemonade and lemon juice to the muddled peaches and stir well to combine the flavors.
- Slowly pour in sparkling water, adjusting the amount to your taste preference.
- Fill your glass with ice and pour the mocktail mixture over it, giving it a little stir.
- Garnish with a slice of peach or a wedge of lemon before serving.
Notes
The mocktail is best enjoyed fresh, but any leftover mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. For best results, add sparkling water just before serving.
