Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the peaches thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue.
  2. Slice the peaches into wedges or bite-sized pieces.
  3. Rinse the mint leaves under cold water and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  4. Finely chop the mint.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches with the chopped mint.
  2. Drizzle the honey and lemon juice over the peach and mint mixture.
  3. Gently toss everything together until well coated.
Chilling
  1. Allow the salad to chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes
