  • ½ cup milk
  • cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup canned peaches (or fresh, if in season), chopped and drained
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
Glaze Ingredients
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk Adjust for desired consistency

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Slowly stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined—do not overmix.
  4. Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  5. Spread the chopped peaches evenly over the dough.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle this mixture over the peaches.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut into ½ inch thick rolls and place them in the prepared baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
  3. Once the rolls are done and slightly cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top and serve warm.

Notes

Leftover rolls can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. They can be frozen for longer storage. Reheat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
