Preparation
- Boil water and steep the black tea bags for about 5 minutes. Remove the bags and let the tea cool.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled black tea and fresh passion fruit juice.
- Stir in the simple syrup and adjust the sweetness by adding more if preferred.
- Fill tall glasses with ice and pour the Passion Fruit Iced Tea over the top until filled.
- Top each glass with a sprig of fresh mint to enhance both the look and flavor.
Notes
Store any leftover iced tea in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Best enjoyed fresh. Avoid over-steeping the tea to prevent bitterness.
