- Toss the sprouts in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are well coated.
- Spread them out in a single layer on a large baking sheet to ensure even roasting.
Cooking
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through until they’re golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the sprouts in the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then serve!

For added flavor, consider toppings like crushed garlic or crushed red pepper flakes. Avoid overcrowding on the baking sheet for best results.
