Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- If your pizza dough is refrigerated, let it come to room temperature.
- Flour a clean surface and roll out your pizza dough; cut it into 1-inch strips, about 6-8 inches long.
- Tie each strip into a knot, tucking the ends underneath, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Making the Garlic Butter
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
Baking
- Generously brush the garlic butter mix over each knot.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and dried oregano evenly over the knots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
- Once out of the oven, brush with more melted garlic butter and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Let cool for a minute, serve warm, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
