Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- In two separate bowls, beat the eggs and mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
Coating
- Dip each chicken breast into the eggs first, followed by the breadcrumb mixture. Press firmly for a solid coating.
Baking
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly with oil. Place the chicken breasts on the sheet and drizzle olive oil over each piece.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for best texture.
