Base Ingredients
  • 1 package graham crackers approximately 14-16 full crackers
  • 1 cup chocolate bar pieces milk or semi-sweet
  • 2 cups marshmallows mini or jumbo
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or toppings of your choice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Baking Tray: Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Assemble the Base Layer: Break the graham crackers in half and spread them evenly across the tray.
  4. Add the Chocolate: Place the chocolate pieces on top of the graham cracker base.
  5. Top with Marshmallows: Generously place marshmallows on top of the chocolate pieces.
  6. Bake: Place the tray in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows start to turn golden brown.
  7. Finish with Another Layer: Press down another layer of graham crackers on top of the marshmallows after baking.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Slice into squares and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, wrap well and freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in the oven at a low temperature.
