Cooking
- Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the Brussels sprouts during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
Serving
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the pan to maintain crispiness. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or sauté in a skillet.
