  • 16 cookies Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened Make sure it is at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped Whip until peaks form

Preparation
  1. Gather your serving cups or jars.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag or food processor until fine crumbs. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat on medium speed until smooth (about 2 minutes). Add vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer the cups by adding crushed Oreo mixture at the bottom and alternating with cheesecake filling, finishing with a layer of cheesecake.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Garnish with crushed Oreos, whipped cream, or chocolate chips before serving.
