Preparation
- Gather your serving cups or jars.
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag or food processor until fine crumbs. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat on medium speed until smooth (about 2 minutes). Add vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cups by adding crushed Oreo mixture at the bottom and alternating with cheesecake filling, finishing with a layer of cheesecake.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with crushed Oreos, whipped cream, or chocolate chips before serving.
