- Line an 8-inch square dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Stir frequently until everything is melted and thoroughly combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the crushed Oreos until evenly distributed throughout the chocolate mixture.
- Transfer the fudge mixture into your prepared dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until set firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut it into squares before serving.
Notes
For best results, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Freeze slices wrapped in plastic wrap or foil for longer storage.
