Preparation
- Start by crushing the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Reserve a handful of crumbs for topping later.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Add the crushed Oreo crumbs (except for the reserve crumbs) to the cream cheese mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the bites for about an hour to firm them up.
Decorating
- Melt some chocolate and drizzle it over each bite. Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs on top for extra flair.
Serving
- Once chilled, pop these delicious bites off the sheet and serve them at your next gathering!
