Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press half of this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the crust. Add the mini marshmallows over the chocolate chips, making sure they’re spread out evenly.
- In another bowl, mix the remaining graham cracker mixture with the flour and brown sugar. Sprinkle this crumble over the marshmallows, covering them evenly.
Baking
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the marshmallows are bubbly.
Cooling and Serving
- Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into squares. Serve these delicious bars warm or at room temperature!
