- Pour in the can of diced tomatoes (including the juice!) along with the vegetable broth, stirring to combine.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, then let the mixture come to a gentle simmer.
- Add your pasta to the skillet, ensuring it is submerged in the sauce. Cook uncovered for about 12-15 minutes, checking for doneness around the 10-minute mark.
- Once the pasta is cooked, season with salt and pepper to your liking before removing from heat.

- Serve hot, topped with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Feel free to swap out heavy cream for a plant-based alternative. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat gently with a splash of broth or water.
