Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
For the cheesecake filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for best texture.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream Fold gently into the mixture.
For assembly
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced For layering and garnish.
  • Optional additional strawberries for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly coated.
  2. Divide the mixture into serving cups, pressing firmly to create a crust layer. Set aside.
Make the Cheesecake Filling
  1. Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Gradually add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
Layer the Cheesecake
  1. Spoon a layer of cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
  2. Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the cheesecake.
  3. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a dollop of cheesecake filling and a garnish of fresh strawberries on top.
Chill and Enjoy
  1. Place the cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let them set properly.
