Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats Make sure they are gluten-free if needed.
  • 1 cup peanut butter Can be substituted with almond or cashew butter.
  • 1/2 cup honey Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup protein powder Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips Ensure they are dairy-free if required.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats and protein powder until well combined.
  2. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Microwave the mixture for about 20-30 seconds until it's nice and warm to stir.
  3. Pour the warmed peanut butter and honey over the oats and protein powder mixture. Add the vanilla extract and use a spatula to combine thoroughly.
  4. Once combined, gently fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture evenly into the dish, spreading it out to all corners.
  6. Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Slice into bars and enjoy!

Notes

You can customize the bars with nuts, seeds, or dried fruits. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
