Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and salt. Stir until well-mixed.
- Gently fold the pretzels into the peanut butter mixture, ensuring all pretzels are well-coated.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and drop it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping them into small clusters.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each cluster. If the chocolate thickens, reheat it briefly.
- Place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set and the clusters have firmed up.
- Once set, remove the treats from the fridge and enjoy with family and friends.
Notes
These clusters can be personalized with various toppings. For a crunchier texture, let the clusters chill for an hour. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage, placing parchment paper between layers if stacking.
