Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups pretzel twists choose your favorite shape
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter or crunchy for added texture
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup for natural sweetness
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or dark
  • ¼ teaspoon salt to balance out sweetness
Optional Toppings
  • crushed nuts for added crunch
  • mini chocolate chips
  • shredded coconut

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and salt. Stir until well-mixed.
  4. Gently fold the pretzels into the peanut butter mixture, ensuring all pretzels are well-coated.
  5. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and drop it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping them into small clusters.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each cluster. If the chocolate thickens, reheat it briefly.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set and the clusters have firmed up.
  8. Once set, remove the treats from the fridge and enjoy with family and friends.

Notes

These clusters can be personalized with various toppings. For a crunchier texture, let the clusters chill for an hour. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage, placing parchment paper between layers if stacking.
