Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky) Make sure it's Halal-friendly.
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Use maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir everything together until well mixed. The mixture should be thick and sticky.
Customization
  1. If you’re adding chocolate chips, fold them in gently at this stage. Feel free to get creative with nuts or seeds!
Molding
  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or grease it lightly. Spoon the mixture into each cup, pressing it down firmly with the back of a spoon to create even layers.
Chilling
  1. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This allows the cups to set properly.
Serving
  1. Once chilled, simply pop them out of the muffin tin and enjoy! These No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups will keep their shape and are ready for any occasion.
