Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with whipping cream.
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • zest of 1 orange Use for added flavor and garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crust
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust Can use a gluten-free version.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Add the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract, and mix until well-combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
  5. Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  6. After it’s chilled, slice your cheesecake, serve it chilled, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen in slices for 2-3 months. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
