- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Add the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract, and mix until well-combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
- Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- After it’s chilled, slice your cheesecake, serve it chilled, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen in slices for 2-3 months. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
