  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, ground flaxseed, and chocolate chips. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix everything together until evenly combined; the mixture should be sticky yet manageable.
  4. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls according to your preference.
  5. Place the balls on a plate lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Once set, enjoy your delicious no-bake snacks!

Notes

For best texture, refrigerate them long enough to set or freeze briefly if short on time. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or in the freezer for up to three months. Thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
