Ingredients
  

Cream Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Gradually add to avoid clouding.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream Ensure it's cold for best results.
Toppings
  • 1 cup blueberries Fresh or frozen (thawed).
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy for about 2-3 minutes on medium speed.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese, mixing on low until combined. Add the vanilla extract and lemon juice, mixing until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Be careful not to overwhip.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to keep it fluffy and light.
Assembly
  1. Pour half of the creamy mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
  2. Add a layer of blueberries, then top with the remaining cream mixture.
  3. Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serving
  1. Garnish with leftover blueberries before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese or Greek yogurt. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for later enjoyment. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
