Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping to keep the filling light and airy.
  3. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  4. Cover the pie with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place it in the freezer. Let it set for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm.
  5. Once frozen, slice and serve with additional whipped cream or lime slices for garnish.

Notes

Store in the freezer for up to two weeks. Allow to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before slicing for easier cutting. Always serve frozen for the best experience. Consider adding a few drops of food coloring or layering with fruit puree for extra fun and flavor.
