  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), oats, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Using a spatula or spoon, mix the ingredients together until they form a thick, batter-like consistency.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, use your hands or a cookie scoop to form the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy!
