Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels Use any type of pretzels you prefer.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Use as sweetener for crust.
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil Coconut oil helps to bind the crust.
For the filling
  • 1 cup peanut butter Smooth or chunky peanut butter can be used.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Remaining sweetener for filling.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Adds sweetness and helps with consistency.
For the topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Semi-sweet or dark chocolate recommended.

Preparation
  1. Grease an 8×8 inch square baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted coconut oil, and 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup). Stir until all pretzels are coated.
  3. Spoon the pretzel mixture into the prepared baking dish and firmly press down to form an even layer.
  4. In another bowl, mix peanut butter, remaining 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup), and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the pretzel base, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, ensuring to cover the entire surface.
  8. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  9. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy your no-bake delights!

Notes

For variations, consider adding chopped nuts, sprinkles, or dried fruits. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
