Preparation
- Grease an 8×8 inch square baking dish to prevent sticking.
- In a large bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted coconut oil, and 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup). Stir until all pretzels are coated.
- Spoon the pretzel mixture into the prepared baking dish and firmly press down to form an even layer.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter, remaining 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup), and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the pretzel base, smoothing it out evenly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, ensuring to cover the entire surface.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy your no-bake delights!
Notes
For variations, consider adding chopped nuts, sprinkles, or dried fruits. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
