For the crust
  • 1 pack pack of gra crackers Crushed
  • ΒΌ cup unsalted butter Melted
For the filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping Like Cool Whip
For the topping
  • 1 can cherry pie filling About 21 oz

Preparation
  1. Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish or a similar-sized pan to ensure easy serving later.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed gra crackers with melted butter. Stir until they are evenly coated and have a cbly texture. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In another large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Carefully fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the gra cracker crust, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
  5. Pour the cherry pie filling over the cream layer, spreading it evenly to cover the dessert.
  6. Refrigerate the dish for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Once sufficiently chilled, slice and serve.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving. For a firmer consistency, chill overnight.
