Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray, or line it with parchment paper.
Mixing
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk together until well blended.
- In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until fully combined and slightly frothy.
- Gently fold in the chopped pears and walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Carefully add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until just combined, being cautious not to overmix.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
