  • 1 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cups chocolate chips

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until the crust resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to create a solid crust. Set aside.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust, and sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 35 minutes or until the filling has set but is still soft in the center.
Cooling and Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Once cool, serve with a generous dollop of whipped cream on top.

Notes

For substitutions, crushed digestive biscuits can be used instead of graham crackers, and vanilla extract can be swapped for almond extract for a unique flavor twist. Ensure you let the pie cool completely before slicing for the best presentation and texture. Don't forget the refrigeration step after baking to help the pie set properly.
