Preparation
- Take the pre-made chocolate cookie crust out of its packaging and place it on a serving dish.
- Scoop the softened mint chocolate chip ice cream into the crust and spread it evenly.
- Spread the whipped cream on top of the ice cream layer.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream.
- Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top for garnish.
- Place the pie in the freezer for at least 4 hours to set completely.
- Slice the pie, serve it chilled, and enjoy.
Notes
Store leftovers in the freezer covered with plastic wrap. It will stay fresh for up to two weeks. Serve straight from the freezer without reheating.
