Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground meat (beef or chicken) You can also use ground turkey or a mix of meats for varied flavors.
  • 1 cup breadcbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup Plus more for topping.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcbs, chopped onions, milk, egg, minced garlic, ketchup, salt, black pepper, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce if using. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small loaves or pack them into muffin tins – about 3 inches long.
  4. Place each mini meatloaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle or spread a little ketchup on top for added flavor.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Once baked, let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These mini meatloaves can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave until heated through. Avoid overmixing to keep it tender.
