Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcbs, chopped onions, milk, egg, minced garlic, ketchup, salt, black pepper, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce if using. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small loaves or pack them into muffin tins – about 3 inches long.
- Place each mini meatloaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle or spread a little ketchup on top for added flavor.
- Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Once baked, let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
These mini meatloaves can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave until heated through. Avoid overmixing to keep it tender.
