Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.
- Pour in milk and melted unsalted butter. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Filling
- Mix cinnamon with brown sugar and evenly sprinkle the mixture over the rolled dough.
- Carefully roll the dough from one long side to form a tight log.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 8 equal pieces.
Baking
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake in your preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Icing
- While the rolls are cooling, combine powdered sugar with a splash of milk for a simple icing. Drizzle it over the cooled rolls and serve!
Notes
Store leftover Mini Cinnamon Rolls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to a month.
