  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs (like parsley, chives, or dill) Use your choice of fresh herbs.
Coating and Serving
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts (like pecans or walnuts) For coating the bites.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, crumbled feta, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in your choice of fresh herbs to add a burst of flavor.
  3. Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, aiming for about 1-inch in diameter.
  4. Place the crushed nuts on a plate and roll each cheeseball in the nuts to coat them thoroughly.
  5. Refrigerate the cheeseball bites for at least 30 minutes to firm them up and allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Arrange the Mini Cheeseball Bites on a platter with your choice of crackers or fresh vegetables, and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to swap out the cheeses for your favorites or what you have on hand! Goat cheese or pepper jack also work wonderfully. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for best quality within 3 days.
