Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 1 lb ground beef Ensure it's Halal-certified.
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 8 pieces mini slider buns
  • to taste pickles
  • to taste ketchup
  • to taste mustard

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into mini patties, around 2-inches in diameter.
  4. Place patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Slice mini slider buns and toast them lightly on another baking sheet while the patties bake.
  6. Assemble each slider with a patty on the bottom half of a bun, topped with pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a leaner option, substitute beef with ground chicken or turkey, ensuring they are Halal-certified. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
