Cooking Macaroni
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of macaroni and 1 cup of water. Microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until the macaroni is tender, stirring halfway through.
  2. If there’s any leftover water after cooking, carefully drain it and be cautious as the bowl can be hot.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and 1/4 cup of milk.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
  5. Microwave again for 30 seconds to 1 minute, watching closely until it’s bubbling and cheesy.
