Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Warm them in the microwave if they are brittle.
- On each tortilla, sprinkle chocolate chips, add marshmallows, and top with graham cracker crumbs.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Place roll-ups seam-side down on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
Baking
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Let cool for a minute, then slice diagonally and serve with a drizzle of chocolate, honey, or powdered sugar.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add peanut butter before other fillings. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in microwave or oven.
