- Wash the fruits thoroughly. Cut watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew into bite-sized cubes. Aim for uniform sizes for even distribution.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the cubed melons together. Drizzle the honey-lime vinaigrette over them and add a pinch of salt. Mix delicately to coat the fruits.
