Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried oregano.
  2. Using a fork or a hand mixer, blend the ingredients until creamy but still chunky.
  3. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle a little extra olive oil on top.
  5. Serve with fresh veggies and warm pita chips.

Notes

This dip tastes even better after chilling in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Avoid over-blending to keep that delightful feta texture. If storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
