Tzatziki Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 Juice of 1 lemon
Toppings
  • 1 tomato diced (for toppings)
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced (for toppings)
  • to taste feta cheese, crumbled (for toppings)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is heated through and nicely coated with spices, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, fresh dill, and lemon juice. Stir until mixed well, and season with a pinch of salt.
  3. In another dry skillet, warm tortillas one at a time over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, until soft and pliable.
  4. On each tortilla, spoon some of the spiced chicken, followed by a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce. Top with diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, and crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Fold the tortillas, serve warm, and enjoy with your favorite sides!
