Preparation

  3. Pour in the beaten egg and mix everything together gently until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into equal-sized patties, about 1 inch thick.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle some olive oil.
  2. Place the patties in the skillet, cooking for about 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Transfer the patties to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve warm.
