Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded Need to be shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For the toppings
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Olive oil for drizzling olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the chicken mixture onto the sheet and press it out into a round pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
Cooking
  1. Drizzle olive oil over the crust and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese begins to bubble.
  2. Carefully remove the crust from the oven and top with sliced olives and halved cherry tomatoes, scattering them evenly over the pizza.
  3. Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the toppings are warm and the cheese is melted.
  4. Allow the pizza to cool slightly before slicing it into wedges. Serve it hot.

Notes

You can customize toppings according to your taste preferences. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to a month.
