  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sliced onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté them for about 5 minutes or until they begin to soften.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until it’s browned and no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle in the garlic powder along with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until everything is well-coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top it with the shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze in individual portions. Reheat by baking at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, covered to retain moisture.
