Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, apple cider vinegar, and water until fully combined.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, slice it up and enjoy!
Notes
Once cooled, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze individual slices wrapped tightly for best protection.
