Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups almond flour Can use sunflower seed flour for nut-free option.
  • 0.5 cups coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Optional ingredient.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Optional ingredient.
Wet Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, apple cider vinegar, and water until fully combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.
  5. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
  2. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
  3. Once cooled, slice it up and enjoy!

Notes

Once cooled, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze individual slices wrapped tightly for best protection.
