  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter and eggs until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and herbs, if using.
  5. Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon, placing them onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and firm to the touch.
