Ingredients
  

Pasta and Seafood
  • 200 g Spaghetti Fresh or dried, cooked al dente according to package instructions.
  • 200 g Lobster Meat Cooked, shell removed, and roughly chopped.
For the Chili Breadcrumbs
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs Preferably fresh, for those perfect crispy toppings.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced, adding a fragrant flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes For a spicy kick.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing the garlic.
Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnishing.
  • Salt and Pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparing the Pasta
  1. Start by boiling salted water in a large pot.
  2. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain and set aside.
Making the Chili Breadcrumbs
  1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Once hot, add minced garlic and chili flakes. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Stir in the breadcrumbs and cook until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
Combining Ingredients
  1. In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil and heat.
  2. Add the cooked lobster meat, cooking for about 2 minutes to warm it through.
  3. Toss in the cooked spaghetti, mixing delicately until everything is coated.
Final Touches
  1. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour in the crispy breadcrumb mixture and toss again to combine.
Serving
  1. Plate the spaghetti, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately for optimal crunch.

Notes

If lobster is not available, feel free to use shrimp or crab for a delightful twist. Be sure not to overcook your pasta and avoid burning the garlic while preparing the breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
