  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (cheddar or a cheese blend)
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken or Beef, shredded or chopped (make sure it's Halal)
  • 1 can Black Beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn (frozen or fresh)
  • 1-2 Jalapeños, sliced (optional, adjust to your heat preference)
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes (or a can of diced tomatoes)
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • Sour Cream (for drizzling)
  • Guacamole (for serving)
  • Fresh Cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips.
  4. Layer the cooked chicken or beef, black beans, corn, jalapeños, chopped tomatoes, and green onions on top.
  5. Finish by sprinkling the remaining cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and slightly bubbly.
Serving
  1. Drizzle sour cream on top and add dollops of guacamole. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!
